The Love Bite Makes 1 cocktail 1 1/2 ounces 10 Cane Rum 1/2 ounce simple syrup 2 strawberries 1 lime, cut into wedges 5 slices red jalapeno Ice, for cocktail shaker In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, simple syrup, strawberries, lime wedges, and 4 slices of red jalapeno. Using a muddler, crush ingredients together to release juices and combine flavors. Add ice and shake thoroughly before pouring into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a kiss and the remaining slice of red jalapeno! |
