store.Salsas and Dips Smoky Chipotle Salsa All the heat and smoke of great Mexican cooking in one incredible salsa! Serve with chips or stir a few spoonfuls into your favorite marinade, soup, or salad dressing for instant Latin flavor. Tangy Tomatillo Salsa The secret to our delightfully tangy, green salsa is the amazing flavor combination of fresh tomatillos and lime. It’s terrific for balancing rich, spicy foods, dipping with chips, or spooning over grilled chicken or fish. Roasted Tomato Salsa Our most versatile salsa! We use this sassy red table salsa to flavor traditional Mexican soups like Tortilla and Fideo, to put the red in Mexican rice, and for chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. We also take it straight to the table and serve with warm tortilla chips. Border Black Bean Dip This dip was invented the night we ran out of guacamole in the restaurant. It’s a winning combination of black beans, sour cream, and lime, spiced with cumin, chiles, and fresh cilantro. Now we like it even better than guacamole! Olive Tapenade Our lusty spread from Ciudad features three types of olives and a healthy dose of garlic and anchovies for just the right kick. Spread it on crackers or serve as a condiment for roasted chicken or fish. Red Hummus Our blend of chick peas and roasted red peppers is seasoned with roasted garlic and made more complex by the addition of toasted pepitas. Serve this addictive dip with crackers or warm pita bread, crisp vegetables, and a selection of olives to accompany cocktails. Marinades and Vinaigrettes Gaucho Marinade Take your beef, pork, or lamb on a trip to the pampas of Argentina with our spicy, savory marinade! Just add it to your meat of choice and the Gaucho Marinade will do the rest. Jalapeño Lime Marinade Toasted cumin and fresh cilantro are the secret ingredients in our all-purpose tangy green marinade. Bathe chicken, pork, beef, and even hearty fish like salmon in it and you’ll be amazed at how the flavors pop. Cabrales Vinaigrette Flavored with Cabrales, a vivid Spanish blue cheese, we love this tangy dressing on a simple salad of quartered Romaine hearts topped with strips of roasted peppers. Or, chop up any kind of crisp lettuce and add toasted walnuts and apples or pears. Salads and Soups Cuban Fried Chicken Salad This Latin chopped salad combines citrus marinated chicken with avocado, cuzco corn, garbanzo beans, Cabrales blue cheese, and plantain chips. Tart green apples, grilled corn, pinto beans, crisp romaine lettuce, and avocado are dressed with our earthy toasted cumin vinaigrette. Tortilla Soup Great Mexican comfort food! Serve with diced avocado, chopped cilantro, sour cream, lime wedges and a few crushed tortilla chips for the ultimate experience. Turkey Albondigas Our updated albondigas soup features turkey meatballs infused with spicy cilantro pesto, and lots of chunky garden vegetables. Just add some crusty bread and a glass of wine and you’ve got a fabulous meal guaranteed to nourish your soul. Burritos, Quesadillas, Tamales, and more! Beef Brisket Taquitos Our tender, slow-cooked beef brisket is seasoned with smoky chipotle chiles and caramelized onions then rolled in corn tortillas and fried until crispy and golden. We recommend serving with our Tangy Tomatillo Salsa and guacamole. Chicken Meatballs with Minted Chimichurri These tapas-style mini meatballs are paired with caramelized onion yogurt and a savory chimichurri sauce of fresh mint, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and a touch of crushed red pepper. Breakfast Burrito Rise and shine! Our breakfast burrito will kick start your day with Mexican chorizo, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and manchego, cotija, and Jack cheeses wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with zesty tomato salsa.
